SCAM ALERT ISSUED BY THE CITY OF MAGNOLIA:
It has come to our attention that the website https://www.doxo.com/info/magnolia-water-system-ar has been scamming Magnolia Water Utility customers by posing as the payment website for the Magnolia Water Utility. It has been accepting payments for water bills while charging the customers a processing fee. This website is only found through a search engine. It is not associated with the City of Magnolia nor the Magnolia Water Utility and does not have the authority to accept payments on behalf of the City. The City is not responsible for the guarantee of any payments made through this website.
The Magnolia Water Utility does offer online bill pay but only through the City’s official website, www.magnolia-ar.com. Payments made through the City’s website are noted immediately by the water office and the customer is not charged an additional fee for paying online.
