Magnolia High School hosted El Dorado High in basketball action Tuesday night at Panther Arena.
El Dorado came out on top in the varsity girls’ game by a score of 50-29. The Lady Panthers fell to 4 and 3 for the season, and the Lady Wildcats are 7 and 2.
In the varsity boys’ game, El Dorado held a 9-point lead at the half, but the Panthers outscored the Wildcats 39-19 in the second half, and Magnolia won by a final score of 61-50. Darrien Ford led Magnolia with 24 points and Kadyn Roach added 14 points. The Panthers improved to 4 and 1. El Dorado fell to 3 and 4.
Magnolia plays at Nevada High on Friday.
