2nd Arrest:

On November 15, 2017 Magnolia Police were investigating a hit and run that occurred at a local business. Officer Liz Colvin, while collecting evidence of that accident, observed the suspect vehicle and made contact with the driver. The driver, Kenneth Page, was also identified as the suspect in that case, and Officer Colvin found that Page was wanted for Probation Violation Warrant. Page then fled in the vehicle, and in doing so he endangered the two officers making contact with them. While fleeing the officers, Page struck another occupied vehicle with the vehicle he was driving. Page later abandoned the vehicle and was later arrested in Mississippi by United States Marshals on a warrant for four counts of Aggravated Assault, Fleeing by Vehicle, Resisting Arrest, and Leaving the Scene of an Accident with Damage. He was extradited back to Arkansas on December 20 and then first appeared December 21, 2017. His bond is $100000.
