The Magnolia High School volleyball team beat Camden Fairview Tuesday in Magnolia. The scores were 25-18, 25-15, 25-22. Tia Hunter led the Lady Panthers with 9 kills. Jacii Powell had 9 digs and 4 service aces. The Lady Panthers are now 3 and 2 in conference play, 4 and 7 overall. They play Thursday at Lakeside.
The SAU volleyball team lost to Arkansas Tech in straight sets Tuesday in Magnolia…25-16, 25-19, and 25-18. It was SAU’s conference opener; they are 3 and 9 overall. Tech is undefeated in 10 matches. The Lady Muleriders host an invitational Friday and Saturday in the W.T. Watson Athletic Center.
