SAU’s Blake Hall is the Great American Conference Baseball Player of the week. In the Muleriders’ four games over the past week, the Magnolia native went 10-for-18 at the plate with nine runs scored. Hall also tallied five extra-base hits – four doubles and a triple – and drove in four runs from the leadoff spot in the lineup. Hall successfully stole five bases in six attempts. Against LSU-Shreveport, Hall swiped four bases. The Muleriders play at Texas A&M-Texarkana Tuesday evening, and they have a home conference series Friday and Saturday against Southwestern Oklahoma State.
