The nomination deadline for Chamber awards is this Friday, February 10th. The awards will be presented at the annual Chamber of Commerce Banquet Thursday, March 9th in Peace Hall of First United Methodist Church. Awards include: Employee of the Year, Young Person of the Year, Public Servant Award, Business Person of the Year, Business/Industry of the Year, Educator of the Year, Community Service Award, Citizen of the Year, and the Lifetime Achievement Award. Nomination guidelines and forms are available at the Chamber of Commerce, 211 West Main in Magnolia. They can also be downloaded here at MagnoliaRadio.com. Again, the deadline for nominations is this Friday, February 10th.
