The SAU softball team split a conference doubleheader Tuesday at the University of Arkansas at Monticello. The won the first game 4-1, but lost the second game 3-1. Darian Harris and Ashton Atwell each had 3 hits on the day for SAU. Kaylee Garner was the winning pitcher. The Lady Muleriders are now 19 and 4 in the Great American Conference, 27 and 4 overall. They have a conference series Friday and Saturday at home against Harding.
