The SAU football team wraps up the season at home Saturday against the University of Arkansas-Monticello. It will be the fourth annual Battle of the Timberlands. The winner of the game gets to keep the trophy for the next year. So far, the Muleriders have claimed the trophy each year. Game time is 2:00 Saturday at Wilkins Stadium at SAU. The game will be broadcast live on Magnolia’s Country 99.1 and at MagnoliaRadio.com, beginning at 1:15. Mulegating before the game officially begins at noon. A free chili bar will be included; also free Mulerider toboggans while they last, a kids area, and a pep rally.
