With the heat index over 100 degrees this week, there is a cooling shelter available for the elderly in the Hospitality House, at 100 Meadowbrook Lane in Magnolia The shelter is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. For more information, call the senior center at 870-234-5540.
