Justin Ogle is the winner of the Festival on the Rails Treasure Hunt. He wins $250. Justin found the treasure about 7:00 Wednesday evening. The treasure was found under a railroad tie at the entrance to the McNeil Rural Fire Department. The Festival on the Rails Treaasure Hunt is sponsored by Huffman and Son Construction.
