The Magnolia/Columbia County Chamber of Commerce Banquet is March 1st. The Chamber is currently accepting nominations for the annual Chamber Awards that are presented at the banquet. Awards include: Citizen of the Year, Lifetime Achievement Award, Business or Industry of the Year, Community Service Award, Business Leader of the Year, Award of Valor, Educator of the Year, and Young Person of the Year. Nomination forms are available at the Chamber office, the Chamber website, and at MagnoliaRadio.com. Nominations may also be submitted in letter form, but you are asked to include contact information for you and the person or business being nominated. The nomination deadline is February 18th.
