The SAU women’s golf team tied for third in the Great American Conference Women’s Preview Monday and Tuesday in Oklahoma City. In the individual standings, SAU’s Helle Leed finished first overall; she shot an 8-over-par 152.
The SAU men’s golf team was in St. Joseph, Missouri competing in the Central Region Invite. The Muleriders finished in 14th place. SAU’s top individual finishes belonged to Kevin Elder and Kade Johnson, who tied for 51st.
The next action for both SAU golf teams is October 23rd and 24th. The Muleriders will be in Monkey Island, Oklahoma; and the Lady Muleriders will be in Hot Springs.
