The Magnolia Police Department is investigating a shooting in the early morning hours Monday that left one person wounded. According to Detective Colton Burks, the incident occurred around 12:40 a.m. on East McNeil Street. Burks said the shooting did not occur at any particular residence, but was in the street. One individual was injured and taken to Magnolia Regional Medical Center. Magnolia Police say that they have identified the suspect as Antonio Bernard Brewer, AKA Tony Roni. A warrant has been issued for attempted murder. The PD asks that, if you have information or know of Brewer’s whereabouts, call the PD or Central Dispatch.
